Seongmo Dental Clinic Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for using the internet-related services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by Seongmo Dental Clinic (hereinafter “the Clinic”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “User” means a member or non-member who accesses the Clinic’s services and receives the Services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms.
• “Member” means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Clinic, and who continuously receives information from the Clinic and may continuously use the Services provided by the Clinic.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms take effect by being announced through the Services or notified to members by email or other means.
• The Clinic may amend these Terms without prior notice when a significant reason arises due to circumstances, and the amended Terms take effect by being announced or notified in the same manner as set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Content and Change of Services)

• The Clinic provides services such as appointment scheduling, health information, and online consultation.
• The Clinic may change the content of the Services provided when unavoidable circumstances arise.

Article 5 (Obligations of the Clinic)

The Clinic shall not engage in any conduct prohibited by law or these Terms, or conduct contrary to public morals, and shall make every effort to provide the Services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.

Article 6 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)

• Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Clinic belong to the Clinic.
• Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes any information obtained through use of the Services without the Clinic’s prior consent, nor allow any third party to do so.

Addendum

These Terms take effect from January 16, 2026.
